"This is my regular nail salon. Any time I try to go somewhere else, I regret it. These bad reviews you see are mostly people who were late for an appointment, who failed to communicate what they wanted or have zero knowledge of how a business works. If you take the nail techs time, it will cost you money. The techs, staff, front desk and waxing experts are very skilled, suggest what works best for you, fast and the prices are great. I just want to say to the other customers that it is SO SO SO rude to be on your phone while you are receiving services. Not only is it disrespectful to the technicians but also to the other clients who are trying to relax with a pedicure. Stop doing this. Be considerate of others. These women work very hard. Stay off your phone, leave a good tip and be on time for your appointment."

" Love coming here for pedicures. Their prices are amazing, for all the services they offer; though I've only seen them for the Deluxe Spa Pedicure ($28). The Pedi stations use the most wonderful electronic-massage chairs, and the gals do a great job of removing any calluses, applying a full lower-leg scrub, and massaging oil in before applying polish. I could fall asleep during one of these pedicures, they're so relaxing. And I'm fairly ticklish, so that's really amazing!"

They've decorated quite nicely so you don't feel like you're in a strip mall. The large working massaging chairs are in good shape and there generally is not a strong odor of chemicals. The paraffin dip is lovely and so is the calf massage. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and supportive of each other, which I find indicates a good working environment. I prefer spending my money in support of business that treats their employees well. This is that kind of place."

" I always have a great experience when I go. I have acrylic nails so I get fills every 3 weeks as well as gel polish. Sometimes when it chips early I will go in. Never been charged to have it fixed, nor if I break a nail. Always friendly. I live not far away and when I call last minute, they always accommodate me. Mi (not sure of the spelling) is amazing. So sweet and wonderful."
